There a few limitations compared to the DINAU skin - mainly, UmbrellaToday does not report back the location that they matched to your search string. That is, you might search the website for "Athens," and UmbrellaToday will not tell you whether they are giving you the weather from Athens, Greece or Athens, Georgia (USA). This is a limitation of the website, and there's nothing I can do about it in the skin.
It's possible that the numeric codes in the URLs from UmbrellaToday (see below) are not location identifiers but rather identifiers for cached queries. I can't tell, but if that is the case then over time this skin won't report correct results, then won't report anything at all. We'll just have to see...
How to use
Go to UmbrellaToday.com and search for your location In the URL, there is a number between "/locations/" and "/forecast" (e.g. http://umbrellatoday.com/locations/235237131/forecast Right click on the Rainmeter skin and select "Edit Skin." (This will open the skin .ini in Rainmeter's assigned text editor.) Copy the number from the URL into the "location" key under the [Variables] section. Save the file and refresh the skin.
To change the look of the skin from Dark to Light or vice-versa, just select the appropriate option from the context menu. To change the font, just enter a different font name in the "font" key in the skin's [Variables] section.
this is great one but what about a combined one like do I need a jacket and umbrella or take your rain cote because some might need Umbrella because UV index is too high or its a 90 % rain chance should take Rain cote just thinking
Nice work all the way
thanks for reading
altough i think best way is to search for your specific location and country for a better accuracy of the results.
once again, thank you for this one. nice job and happy hollydays
